iDrive is a unified shipment tracking platform that consolidates data from multiple delivery partners—FedEx, UPS, and DHL—into a single, real-time dashboard for logistics operators and their customers.
The Challenge
Logistics operators were spending hours manually checking multiple carrier websites for shipment status. Customer service teams had no unified view, leading to delayed responses and poor customer experience.
Our Solution
We built a Blazor-powered dashboard with Web API backends that poll carrier APIs on a scheduled basis and via webhooks for real-time updates. SLA monitoring alerts ensure operators act before service commitments are breached.
