Are prices fixed or do they vary?
The prices shown are starting points. Final quotes depend on scope, complexity, integrations, and timeline. We provide a detailed fixed-price proposal after a free discovery call.
Do prices include GST?
All prices shown exclude GST. Australian clients will have 10% GST added to invoices. International clients are not charged GST.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Our standard payment schedule is 30% upfront, 40% at mid-project milestone, and 30% on delivery. For larger projects we offer more flexible milestone-based billing.
What if my project grows in scope?
We use a transparent change-request process. Any out-of-scope work is quoted and approved before we begin—no surprise invoices.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
We don't offer refunds on completed work, but we stand behind our quality with free bug-fix coverage for 30–90 days post-launch (depending on your plan). We're not done until you're happy.
Can I hire just one developer?
