Jory is a comprehensive restaurant management ecosystem combining a customer-facing ordering portal, a back-office admin panel, POS integration, and real-time customer engagement features including chatbot support and QR-code table ordering.
The Challenge
UAE restaurant chains needed a modern digital ordering experience that integrated with existing POS systems and connected with their Dynamics 365 CRM—without replacing proven back-office systems.
Our Solution
We built Jory on Blazor .NET 9 with a modular architecture that allows restaurant chains to enable/disable features per property. SignalR powers live order tracking and kitchen displays, while a chatbot handles customer FAQs and feedback collection. Dynamics 365 webhooks keep CRM data in sync automatically.
