Project Overview

Managing restaurant reservations is complex—juggling online bookings, walk-ins, staff reservations, and real-time floor availability simultaneously. RITHM is a centralised Blazor Server application built to solve exactly this challenge at scale.

The Challenge

Restaurant operators were managing reservations across multiple disconnected systems—phone, email, and paper—leading to overbooking, poor guest experiences, and lost revenue. They needed a unified, real-time solution that staff could operate from any device on the floor.

Our Solution

We built RITHM as a Blazor Server application on .NET 8, leveraging SignalR for real-time floor plan updates and reservation notifications. A proprietary scheduling algorithm intelligently allocates tables based on party size, duration, and section preferences. HighCharts provides management with live and historical analytics dashboards.
